Hm, missed that game. Heard good things about it.
Maybe I should check it sometime.
Thanks for your encouragement.

It's very nightmarish - like your style.

The unnerving mood comes from lack of sleeping I think.
@Traff:
Thanks, man. Glad I could be of service.
There's more to come...
@Clairvoyant:
"I would have liked to have seen the background developed more"
There's enough to explore in the background imo. I didn't want to overload it.
Thanks for the critique.

Yeah, I agree. The next thing I have to learn is more patience. Again.
Seems like the biggest of all lessons for me. But I feel that it gets better and better.
Thanks for your critique.
@klyph:
Awe-inspiring? What a word. My humble thanks for this wonderful compliment.
Additional tone-shifts for the eye sound like a cool idea. Don't know if my skills are strong enough by now. That eye-movement path is partly still a riddle to me.
@kamil:
Thanks. Hatte auch nen guten Tag. Hab gar keinen Radiergummie verwendet.

For me the paleness of your pencil work just doesn't work..at best it looks unfinished...at it's worse it looks amateurish. Your unique visions and bizarre imagery are completely undermined by the lack of contrasts and uniform, spidery pencil lines...nothing catches the eye.
However...now you come along with some great ink work on this crazy looking dude...proving you have much, much more to offer us...use that same mixture of free form ink lines and solid shading on an ENTIRE picture and I think you'll give us all something to sit up and take notice of.
Again apologies for sounding so harsh...but that head really rocks, so I figured you could handle the slap for the wimpish background!!

My inking skill always works with old or twisted faces, but it's not easy when it comes to the soft skin of a real lady for example. So I still need way more practice, before I can make you all sit up.
But I'm on the track. I agree about the paleness of my pencil work (I hate it), but I just bought myself a sweet 6B. So this point will also improve.
Again: Thanks for your honest crit. It's much appreciated!

Haha! The link rocks too!

Still, I love the twisted face...great inking skills there!
